"We went out yesterday with the Battle Muffins leisure group to Polesden Lacey in one of your very modern, clean and comfortable coaches. All of your drivers that we have been with, on previous trips, have been excellent but Barry, who drove us yesterday, was brilliant. Barry helped my wife with my mobility scooter and myself getting on and off the coach. " Dear Everyone at Hams Travel

On behalf of Wellbeing in the Weald, may I please thank you for the generous support for our Coach Trip on Wednesday 10th August to Dungeness and Tenterden. 

We were able to take 34 people on the day and had a lovely time. Our coach driver Barry was extremely helpful, storing away walkers for those who needed them, helping me keep a count of all present and ensuring we arrived on time at each location.

He made it so easy for me – as I am not an expert in organising trips! Everyone enjoyed themselves and there was a loud round of applause for Hams travel at both the start and finish of the day. We really appreciated the air conditioning and a very comfortable ride, with great views over the countryside.

Your team at the office were very kind, explain arrangements to us and checking we had everything planned.

A driver can have such an impact on a trip, especially a residential and I wanted you to know how much we valued having such kind and proactive drivers with us.  We have had Gideon a few times now and he really is the perfect driver for us.

"Good morning,We just wanted to take a minute to say how impressed we were with our driver yesterday (I'm sorry, I can't think of his name). He was really helpful and friendly with both our staff and children. The staff said they felt really safe and looked after and the bus was clean and in great condition.Aside from the mishap in the morning, you got a bus to us within 30 minutes, which was brilliant considering some previous companies we've used wouldn't have resolved this so quickly.I know we have a few more trips booked in with you, so we look forward to working with you again for these future trips and hopefully more thereafter." 

"The only bus provider I would use for school trips. Organised a large number of Theatre visits and other trips, never had an issue. Very accommodating, friendly bookings, and happy to help with last minute issues. Would recommend."
